The Rainbow Batting, also know as Jelly Roll Batting, is a pre-cut Cotton Batting 5 cm wide (2 inches) by 25 meters long (27.3 approx Yards).
This batting has been especially cut for use with 2.5 inch Pre-Cut Fabric Strips such as Jelly Rolls, Bali Pops and Rainbows and is prefect for making Jelly Roll Rugs.
The Rainbow Batting is designed to be slightly narrower than the 2.5” fabric strips, making it a lot easier to work with especially when enclosing it within the strip of fabric. This improves the end result.

Big Blooms Paper Pieces
I haven’t used it yet but I plan to use it when I quilt my blocks QAYG style using a meandering quilting stencil. I think the Dove grey colour thread will be a gentle neutral colour so the quilting stands out but the colouring is soft. I plan to try it on hand quilting smaller items before doing a bed size quilt. I’ve not used this thread before. So the effects will be interesting. I’ll review again after using it.
