REFUNDS and RETURNS

If the products supplied are PDF downloads (digital products), there is no refund or return. 

Physical Products: We do our very best to package any physical orders to keep them safe in transit. However, if your patterns, papers or acrylic templates arrive damaged, email us with a photo of the damaged contents within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will organise a replacement.

If you change your mind, we will accept unopened, unused items for return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us to notify us of the return. We will issue a refund within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) upon receipt of the unopened, unused items in original condition. Customer is responsible for paying any return shipping fees.  We do not charge a restocking fee.
