Shipping policy

If purchasing PDF Patterns (digital products), you will receive a link/s to download your products when payment has been finalised. 

Shipping within Australia:

Orders placed between 2nd and 7th April 2026 will ship on 8th April 2026.

All items are sent via Australia Post.

Within Australia, shipping costs for Paper Patterns (Printed products) and Templates are:

From $4.50 to a maximum of $9.95 dependent on weight.   Tracking is NOT included for smaller items such as patterns and templates.

Up to 125g is $4.50.

126g to 250g is $6.25.

251 to 300g is $8.50.

As an example single patterns ship for $4.50. Multiple patterns or patterns and templates ship for $6.25.

Within Australia, shipping costs for EPP Paper and Bundles are:

Standard Shipping rate of $9.95.  Tracking is included.

International Shipping:

Orders placed between 2nd and 7th April 2026 will ship on 8th April 2026.

International delivery pricing is dependant on the weight of the items and the destination.  To see pricing, add the items to the cart and go to checkout.  Pricing will be shown at checkout.

All items are sent via Australia Post.

Customs, Tariffs and Import Fees / Duties: United States

All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, tariffs, and applicable taxes are collected at checkout and included in your order total. You won’t be charged extra at delivery.

Customs, Tariffs and Import Fees / Duties: Other Destinations

Orders outside Australia and the USA are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Local duties, taxes and tariffs including GST/VAT are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country.  As such, they are beyond my control.  As the importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.  These duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in our prices.

Packing and Delivery Timeframes: 

Orders are processed within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.  All orders are shipped via Australia Post and are sent in a rigid mailer or parcel box to best protect the items from damage during shipping.

Delivery can take:

  • 2 - 8 days for Australian delivery.
  • 6 - 30 days for International delivery.  

Note that the delivery times are estimates only.

Important Information

  • We are unable to offer refunds for any carrier delays
  • We are unable to refund/reship packages that are still in transit.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot forward orders to a different address once sent. 
  • You local customs authority may hold parcels for inspection. These delays are outside our control.

Pre-Orders:

  • Items labelled as Pre-order are not in stock but are scheduled to arrive at a later date.
  • When you place a pre-order, the stock is reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
  • Full payment is required at the time you place your order.
  • If you combine pre-order items with items that are in stock, then your entire order will be placed on hold until all items are available to ship.
  • If you need in-stock items sooner than pre-order items, please place a separate order.
  • Note that we cannot offer any discounts on pre-orders.
