Use Eppiflex Templates as an alternative for traditional ‘papers’ to make your Let it Bee Quilt
The Let it Bee Eppiflex Templates include the following shapes:
- 50 x 1” Jewels
- 50 x 1” Hexagons
Note: The Let it Bee Eppiflex Templates include 50 Eppiflex 1” Jewels and 50 Eppiflex 1” Hexagons. This will allow you to make 25 ‘Bees’ for the Let it Bee quilt. Once you have made 25 Bees, press them, then remove and reuse the Eppiflex templates to make another 25 Bees. As these shapes are made from Mylar, they can be reused many times. If you have used glue to baste the fabric to your Eppiflex shapes, simply wash them to remove the glue, yes, you read that correctly and reuse them.

Acrylic Templates and Bundles including a copy of the pattern, acrylic templates and paper pieces are also available.

Eppiflex templates are Australian-made, reusable, and durable laser-cut Mylar templates designed for English Paper Piecing (EPP) as a versatile alternative to paper. They are flexible, heat-resistant, transparent for precise fussy cutting, and feature central holes for easy removal. Compatible with glue or thread basting, they can be cleaned in a washing machine.

I love a scrappy quilt- this pattern was perfect.
I took my grandsons small plastic swimming pool and dumped in all my scraps and went to town. It came out so good I am doing it in all Christmas scraps now.
